A few words on duplication

The tech giant has such a big share of the market that 'Googling' has become a verb. At the end of the day, Google makes decisions based on the number of links pointing to your pages and the circumstances surrounding such links. Well known search engines such as Google rank websites according to complex algorithms which are designed to determine which websites are most relevant for particular search terms. Not many people realize the importance of the URL. It is in fact, the first thing a search engine notices while ranking a page. Ha!) I spend the majority of my time learning about Google’s search engine algorithm and duplicating my strategy to Bing and Yahoo for two very simple reasons:

Create a search marketing strategy based on organic links

Linking your keywords to a relevant page on your website - for example, SEO agency – can be a great way of transferring authority to that page, thereby helping your website to rank higher for that particularly key phrase or word. Is your web content long enough? Does it have enough substance—does it add enough value? If it is, it’s in danger of getting dinged with a “thin content” penalty from Google’s Panda algorithm. Create good content and in time the links will follow. When a website focuses on content, website owners and general users tend to talk about it and share it with others. This is a very naturalistic way of doing link building but still does not provide any guarantees. However, from a search engine standpoint, the ethical way of link building has always been more rewarding. Use internal links with clear and informative anchor text. Your online competitors may not be who you think! By taking a broad look at your sector from an online perspective will help uncover potential opportunities that you are missing out on.

Update your keyword stuffing on a regular basis

Also remember to get ahead of your competitors. So, how’s this affect you? What kind of word-count should you shoot for with your web pages and blog posts? Is Google going to downgrade your valuable content? Don’t panic: as long as you’re not doing anything sketchy, you should be fine. Too many internal links can result in the user getting frustrated by getting bombarded with links and ultimately not interested in your content. SEO in Pocklington is here. Deep anchor-texted backlink are clearly marked by Google as manipulative and won’t produce the same results as in the past. So, if you ask me why SEO is difficult, it’s because over the past 3 to 5 years Google has gotten smarter to the fact that the algorithms could be gamed and now you have to work harder to get the same results you did before. The goal for today, is to get started.

Should more importance be given to widgets for search marketing?

We asked an SEO Specialist, Gaz Hall, for his thoughts on the matter: "Keyword research is a critical component of SEO. What search terms do people use when searching for products or services similar to yours? How do those terms match up with your site hierarchy?" Do your maths - its one of the primary resources for this sort of thing. Its as simple as KS2 Maths. Really! It’s always much better to have multiple web pages relating to different keywords and phrases. Based on the types of backlinks you get, the ranks and traffic would vary. You can know the type of backlinks from webmaster tools. I think the one thing that nobody talks about, that we should, is that there’s no right way. With the massive sales itenjoyed, and customers all over the world enjoying the benefits of an internet-enabled, user-friendly device in their pocket, it was no surprise that user-focused companies like Google would take note.

A few words on duplication

Content marketing can be very effective in increasing traffic, generating leads, enabling sales – and contributing to SEO. By providing contact information, or links to your social media, you can make their conversion much more likely. When the Web first gained popularity, it became important for a business to have a website. As online activity became more prevalent, it became important for a business to include a domain name in advertising and other materials. Now things have shifted again, and it’s vital for a business to rank well in search results both for its brand name and for queries relevant to the business. Make sure you pick a permalink structure that fits your goals. If you have a news site, it might make sense to add the publication date of the article to the URL. The field of search engine optimization was once focused on one major goal: harvesting intent from search.

Never underestimate the influence of sitemaps

Search engines were nothing new; the first one was Archie created back in 1990, and there had been more than a few created between then & when Google launched (most notably Yahoo!) Producing content that ranks well is clearly an important part of writing for SEO. But it’s also about turning those visitors into paying customers. SEO copywriting refers to theart of writing copy that ranks well in search. It is relatively easy to do (if you have some experience), and it’s an excellent way to gain valuable web traffic without spending thousands of dollars on paid advertising. In this digital era where everyone is moving towards digital marketing and its new evolving techniques, it is of great importance to keep you above of all competitors. Think of new ideas to expand your content, or even to invest in evergreen content, and make sure you think like a reader, rather than a search engine.
